Google rolls out "fact check" feature in google search and news

Google, the search-giant company rolls out new feature - "fact check" which is aimed at preventing spreading of fake news and offensive misinformation. This was announced this via a blog post on April 7.
The tool is launched to review articles on news search results' veracity (i.e whether it's true or false).
This recent development comes after being criticized along with Facebook for spreading fake news and offensive misinformation.
However, the fact checking which involves assessing of statements and news published by news organization and their agencies is done by non-partisan companies such as Politifact (for fact) and Snopes(for fake stories) among many others.
Despite the roll out of the feature globally, not all news articles will have indication of being fact checked. It might take days before an article get fact-checked.
Google's blog post give details on how publishers could include this feature.
